BANANA & CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN
Hi. Today in Home Economics class me and my group made banana and chocolate chip muffin.
The banana and chocolate chip muffin tasted really good and the recipe is pretty simple.
Ingredient:
2 c Self Raising Flour
½ t Salt
½ c Caster Sugar
¼ c Chocolate Bits
100g Butter, melted
1 c Milk
1 Egg
1 c Mashed Bananas (2-3)
Preparation:
1. Mix flour, salt, caster sugar & chocolate bits in a bowl (Dry ingredients)
2. In a separate bowl melt butter then add milk, and egg and beat to combine (Wet ingredients)
3. Mash & measure the bananas and add to liquid (wet) ingredients.
4. Tip Liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Fold carefully. Do not overmix
5. Carefully spoon muffin batter into prepared muffin tins ( lined with paper muffin cases)
6. Optional Topping: Mix 1 T Sugar & ½ t Cinnamon and sprinkle over top of muffins.
Add a chocolate bit on top.
7. Bake at 220°C for 12-15 mins, testing to check if muffin is cooked.
Cool for 2-3 mins before removing from muffin tins.
I think my team worked really well because we work together and communicate really well.
The muffin wasn't too sweet or not sweet it was perfect. When it was fresh out of the oven it smell so good.
The muffin was cruncy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Next time when I made i'm not going to add the banana.
Overall I think this was great and you should make it at home.
